Ms. Rucha Marathe is one of the stakeholders of the company and operates as a consultant for AtharvaAccfin. Rucha has 9+ years of experience in Indirect taxation across various sectors such Infrastructure, Education, Logistics, Tourism, Hospitality, Bullion, General Insurance, Life insurance, as well as in Manufacturing. She holds expertise in GST advisory, structuring, implementation as well as legal opinions. Her experience and expertise in Taxation adds considerable value to Atharva's services offerings.

Mr. Raghav Kelkar joined the organization in the year 2017. He carries total work experience of 7 years in core operations in Accounts and Taxation. Raghav has focused on preparing review formats for operations work in Atharva which are in sync with the respective business operations and requirements of the client. Overall, he is supporting the team on Direct & indirect taxation compliances.

Mr. Sunil Shinde is a Senior Operational Manager of Thane Head Office. Mr.Shinde had joined AtharvaAccfin as a Junior Account with two years of experience in accounting and has worked with clients associated with various industries such as manufacturing, trading and other small scale industries. He has gained sizable experience in Fixed Assets Register preparation and Inventory Books Maintenance. Over the period, Mr.Shinde has developed expertise in handling trust accounting and logistics accounting.

Mr. Rakesh Gadgil is an Accounts Manager working with AtharvaAccfin. Having joined AtharvaAccfin as a fresher accountant back in 2006, Mr.Gadgil has grown with the organisation. He has handled some of the key accounts for Atharva in various capacities and has completed many assignments successfully for Atharva. Currently he is handling total Accounting, funds management, GST, TDS, IT Scrutiny, IT returns of Individuals, ROC work and various types of registrations etc. In his long standing association with the company, he has even helped in troubleshooting in HR, Admin, Taxation and other staff related issues.
